Senate Bill Aims To Block DOL's Child Farm Labor Rule

Law360, New York (March 22, 2012, 8:05 PM EDT) -- A pair of Republican senators introduced a bill Wednesday that would prohibit the U.S. Department of Labor from enacting a controversial proposal to update the restrictions on child labor in the agricultural industry, saying the regulations would harm family farm operations.
