DuPont Says Kolon's Discovery Failure Warrants Dismissal

Law360, New York (March 22, 2012, 7:36 PM EDT) -- DuPont Co. asked a Virginia federal court Thursday to sanction Kolon Industries Inc. by tossing its antitrust case over a synthetic fiber used in body armor, claiming Kolon destroyed relevant documents and failed to fork over electronically stored information despite being ordered to do so.
