Canned Food Cos. Brace For FDA Action On BPA Packaging

Law360, New York (March 23, 2012, 9:21 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Food and Drug Administration will weigh in on a petition to ban bisphenol A from food packaging by March 31, in a development that could pose particular burdens for canned food makers if the chemical is banned, according to experts.
