NLRB Plans Education Push On Nonunion Workers

Law360, New York (March 23, 2012, 8:58 PM EDT) -- The National Labor Relations Board on Friday confirmed plans to roll out a new website in the next two weeks aimed at informing nonunion employees about their rights as part of a larger educational campaign, which could lead to more complaints from these workers.

The website will focus on informing employees about their right to protected concerted activity under the National Labor Relations Act and will offer specific examples of real life cases, NLRB spokeswoman Nancy Cleeland told Law360.
