Customs Broker Seeks Fed. Circ. Help In Lumber Protests

Law360, Washington (April 2, 2012, 3:22 PM EDT) -- A customs broker on Monday asked the Federal Circuit to push for an administrative review of its numerous protests of U.S. Customs and Border Protection’s valuation of softwood lumber products, saying Customs has dragged its feet in reaching a decision.
