Scottrade Will Cooperate in Conn. AG's Antitrust Probe

Law360, New York (March 23, 2012, 3:44 PM EDT) -- Connecticut's attorney general said Friday that online retail broker Scottrade Inc. has agreed to cooperate in a multistate investigation into potential violations of antitrust law in the retail securities brokerage industry.

Scottrade will cooperate with the ongoing inquiry and in any future legal actions that may result, according Connecticut Attorney General George Jepsen's office.
