Pa. High Court Rules J&J Not Liable In Surgery Death

Law360, New York (March 26, 2012, 3:34 PM EDT) -- The Pennsylvania Supreme Court on Thursday upheld a lower court’s reversal of a $5 million product liability jury verdict against medical device makers, including Johnson & Johnson, stemming from the death of a woman who suffered complications after a gastric bypass surgery.
