Dems Urge Full CFTC Funding To Prevent Oil Speculation

Law360, New York (March 23, 2012, 7:24 PM EDT) -- More than 100 Democratic lawmakers called on the House Appropriations Committee on Friday to fund the Commodity Futures Trading Commission its full $308 million budget request for next year, arguing that it needs the resources to combat abusive oil speculation.
