AstraZeneca Seeks Protective Order In Seroquel MDL

Law360, New York (August 13, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- In the multidistrict product liability litigation over Seroquel, AstraZeneca LP has asked for a protective order, saying the privacy laws of Sweden and the United Kingdom have prohibited its units in those countries from providing discovery materials.
