Wyeth Wants Prempro Records Preserved

Law360, New York (August 13, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Wyeth Inc. has asked a federal judge to make sure the medical records of plaintiffs in the multidistrict litigation over Prempro are preserved, arguing that the information is “of critical importance” to plaintiffs and defendants alike.

The pharmaceutical giant said in court documents filed Friday in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Arkansas that the court should assist the company in seeing to it that plaintiffs request that their doctors preserve their medical records.
