Brazil Suspends Duties On US, Argentina Toluene Imports

Law360, New York (March 26, 2012, 4:57 PM EDT) -- Brazil has lifted its anti-dumping duties on imports from U.S. and Argentina of a chemical used in the manufacture of furniture, mattresses and cars, according to a Monday statement.

The Brazilian Ministry of Development, Industry and Foreign Trade said that the suspension of the 14 percent anti-dumping duty against U.S. and Argentine imports of toluene diisocyanate would remain in place for one year.
