House Dems' Budget To Reinforce PPACA Medicare Coverage

Law360, Los Angeles (March 26, 2012, 6:19 PM EDT) -- House Democrats said Monday that their proposed 2013 federal budget — to be released this week — would guarantee Medicare coverage for low-income senior citizens, countering Republican proposals that would give seniors subsidies to buy private health insurance.
