Latham's Project-Focused Singapore Office Eyes New Space

Law360, New York (March 28, 2012, 6:46 PM EDT) -- Latham & Watkins LLP's Singapore office is looking for more office space and considering new hires to meet a growing demand for project finance and energy work in Australia, India and Indonesia, the firm confirmed Wednesday.

The office, whose recent deal roster includes the $34 billion Ichthys liquefied natural gas project in Australia and a $2.6 billion petrochemical plant financing in Indonesia, leases 23,000 feet across two floors at the Republic Plaza, one of Singapore's tallest buildings.
