Enbridge, Enterprise Plan $4B Rivals To Keystone XL

Law360, New York (March 27, 2012, 7:16 PM EDT) -- Two oil pipeline companies on Tuesday announced plans to build rivals to the long-delayed Keystone XL pipeline at a projected cost of $3.8 billion, the latest salvo in a midstream arms race to handle a glut of North American oil production.
