Humana Divests To Win DOJ Blessing For $150M Arcadian Buy

Law360, New York (March 27, 2012, 5:57 PM EDT) -- Aiming to seal the deal on a $150 million merger, Humana Inc. and Arcadian Management Services Inc. will sell off Medicare Advantage health plans in five states, a step meant to address competition concerns raised by the U.S. Department of Justice, according to a consent decree filed Tuesday.
