Landowners Allege Chesapeake Deception In Fracking Suit

Law360, New York (March 27, 2012, 5:46 PM EDT) -- A group of landowners sued Chesapeake Exploration LLC in Ohio federal court on Monday over oil and gas drilling leases, alleging the energy company misrepresented the environmental disruptions that would be caused by hydraulic fracturing and concealed the land rights' true profit potential.
