Brazilian Workers Latest To Sue Chevron Over November Spill

Law360, New York (March 28, 2012, 6:39 PM EDT) -- A major union representing Brazilian oil workers sued Chevron Corp. and drilling contractor Transocean Ltd. on Monday over a November oil spill off the coast of Rio de Janeiro, aiming to stop the companies' oil and natural gas operations in Brazil.
