Enviros Target $18B Utah Nuke Plant's Water Rights

Law360, New York (March 28, 2012, 8:27 PM EDT) -- Utah environmental watchdogs sued on Tuesday to overturn water rights awarded to a proposed $18 billion nuclear power plant, saying power company Blue Castle Holdings Inc. had failed to offer enough evidence justifying the diversion of scarce water resources.
