House, Senate Send Highway Fund Extension To Obama

Law360, New York (March 29, 2012, 3:53 PM EDT) -- In an eleventh-hour move to prevent a shutdown of the Highway Trust Fund this weekend, both houses of Congress on Thursday approved a 90-day emergency extension bill and sent it to the White House for President Barack Obama’s signature.
