State Antitrust Enforcers Urge Cooperation In Discovery

Law360, Washington (March 29, 2012, 5:38 PM EDT) -- A group of assistant state attorneys general Thursday encouraged companies embroiled in state antitrust investigations to work collaboratively with states to hammer out confidentiality issues rather than creating added difficulties for both sides.
