Copyright Enforcement Push May Have Backfired, Expert Says

Law360, Washington (March 29, 2012, 10:26 PM EDT) -- The aggressive push by the entertainment industry for copyright enforcement legislation and treaties around the world may have backfired by turning the public against the idea of copyright protection, according to one intellectual property expert.
