Doctors Beg CMS For Relief From 'Storm' Of Regulations

Law360, New York (March 30, 2012, 7:16 PM EDT) -- Doctors pled with the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services on Thursday to stagger compliance deadlines for a host of new regulations or delay imposing penalties, claiming regulations are threatening to bury their practices in red tape and expenses.
