Senate Confirms DOJ Inspector General, Tax Head

Law360, New York (March 30, 2012, 9:29 PM EDT) -- After months of delays, the U.S. Senate on Thursday confirmed Fulbright & Jaworski LLP partner Kathryn Keneally and Cadwalader Wickersham & Taft LLP partner Michael E. Horowitz to top positions in the U.S. Department of Justice.

Horowitz will assume his new role as inspector general, while Keneally will become the assistant attorney general for the DOJ’s tax division.
