Honeywell Aims To Resolve DRAM Suit

Law360 (August 14, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Honeywell International Inc. is seeking to wrap up the antitrust dispute it launched against a series of DRAM chip makers last year after reaching an agreement with Nanya Technology Corp. and its U.S. unit—the last defendants in the case.

Honeywell, Nanya and Nanya Technology Corp. USA said Tuesday they “amicably resolved their differences” and sought to dismiss their dispute with prejudice in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California.
