Cadwalader Snags Another DOJ Vet For Business Fraud Group

Law360, New York (April 5, 2012, 5:07 PM EDT) -- Cadwalader Wickersham & Taft LLP has regained a former U.S. Department of Justice veteran with extensive Foreign Corrupt Practices Act experience for its Washington office, the firm said Monday.

Adam Lurie is joining the firm's business fraud and complex litigation department as partner following a two-year stint as senior counsel to Lanny Breuer, the assistant attorney general for the criminal division of the DOJ.
