Garment Industry Price-Fixing Suit Denied High Court Review

Law360, New York (April 2, 2012, 4:34 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Supreme Court on Monday declined to review the dismissal of an antitrust suit brought by Factory 2-U Stores Inc.'s Chapter 7 trustee claiming that price-fixing by a group of banks that finance transactions between garment retailers and manufacturers bankrupted the company.
