Turnaround Exec Resigns From Interstate Bakeries

Law360, New York (August 15, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Turnaround executive John K. Suckow has stepped down from his position with bankrupt baked goods company Interstate Bakeries Corp. The maker of the Hostess Twinkie said that Suckow has resigned as chief restructuring officer and executive vice president.

In its filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, the company said that Suckow helped Interstate Bakeries develop a new business plan, and also assisted the company with the transition to a new management team, starting with the installment of Craig D. Jung as a new chief...
