Fla. High Court Asked To Weigh In On Engle Progeny

Law360, New York (April 2, 2012, 8:24 PM EDT) -- A Florida appeals court on Friday asked the Sunshine State's highest court whether applying findings from the Engle class action to its so-called progeny would violate tobacco makers' due process rights, seeking guidance for scores of wrongful-death suits over smoking.
