US Wants Air Cargo Exec's Immunity Kept From Jury's Ears

Law360, New York (April 4, 2012, 9:21 PM EDT) -- Prosecutors on Monday asked that a Florida federal judge exclude evidence from an upcoming price-fixing trial against Florida West International Airways, Inc. that was used to dismiss a former executive from a case against him and the company, saying the executive's immunity and the company's culpability were separate legal issues.
