Endurance Escapes Covering Consulting Group's Antitrust Fight

Law360, New York (April 4, 2012, 8:08 PM EDT) -- A federal judge on Monday tossed a land-use advocacy group's suit against Endurance American Specialty Insurance Co., finding the insurer didn't need to cover The Saint Consulting Group in a suit alleging it violated antitrust laws by working to delay the development of Wal-Mart Stores Inc. stores.

U.S. District Judge George A. O'Toole Jr. tossed Saint Consulting's Massachusetts case after finding Endurance's policy did not cover suits involving actual or alleged claims of antitrust violations.
