Motorola, HTC Face ITC Probe Over Touch-Sensitive Phones

Law360, New York (April 3, 2012, 3:50 PM EDT) -- The U.S. International Trade Commission said Monday it will investigate allegations that Motorola Mobility Holdings Inc. and HTC Corp. ran afoul of U.S. trade law by selling or importing patent-infringing smartphones that vibrate or pulse in response to the user's touch.
