Mo. Lawmakers Advance Birth Control Coverage, Services Bills

Law360, New York (April 3, 2012, 6:38 PM EDT) -- Separate bills permitting Missouri employers to refuse insurance coverage for birth control and other medical services and allowing the state's medical professionals to refuse to perform such procedures each passed through their respective legislative chambers Thursday.
