OFT Calls For Full Probe Of UK Private Medical Industry

Law360, New York (April 4, 2012, 5:53 PM EDT) -- The U.K. Office of Fair Trading referred its investigation of the country’s private health care market to the Competition Commission on Wednesday, finding limited access to information and a low number of providers may restrain competition in the $7.8 billion industry.
