2nd GOP Subpoena Goes After DOI's Coal Rule Details

Law360, New York (April 5, 2012, 8:23 PM EDT) -- The chair of the U.S. House of Representatives Committee on Natural Resources hit the U.S. Department of the Interior with a subpoena Thursday — the second this week — demanding a range of information on the agency’s planned revision of a coal mining rule.
