Swedish Developer Snags 500-MW Norwegian Wind Portfolio

Law360, New York (April 5, 2012, 3:29 PM EDT) -- Leading Swedish wind energy project developer NV Nordisk Vindkraft AB picked up a portfolio of five projects from privately owned Hybrid Technology AS for an undisclosed sum, the Swedish company announced Wednesday.

Norway-based HybridTech will maintain a minority interest in the wind projects, which have a total potential installed capacity of 500 megawatts, according to a statement Nordisk issued Wednesday.

The companies did not disclose the terms of the transaction, including financing. Nordisk Vindkraft and HybridTech were not immediately available Thursday to comment on the portfolio...
