Law360, New York (April 5, 2012, 10:58 PM EDT) -- A former owner of defunct car warranty dealer U.S. Fidelis Inc. pled guilty Thursday in Missouri state court to charges that he had improperly withheld customer refunds, shortly before a Missouri federal court reportedly unsealed charges that the company’s owners had taken $71 million from the firm.
