DOE Gets Ready For New Round Of Green Loan Guarantees

Law360, New York (April 5, 2012, 9:08 PM EDT) -- The Obama administration is preparing to hand out new loan guarantees for green energy projects, armed with some $170 million in funding Congress approved a year ago for subsidized credit programs, a U.S. Department of Energy official said Thursday.
