OSHA To Ramp Up Safety Inspections At Nursing Facilities

Law360, New York (April 5, 2012, 9:15 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Department of Labor on Thursday unveiled a program to reduce health hazards for workers in nursing homes and residential care facilities by bolstering inspections in a sector that sees more than twice the number of workdays lost compared with the rest of the private industry.
