Law360, New York (April 5, 2012, 8:20 PM EDT) -- Claren Road Asset Management LLC asked a New York bankruptcy judge Thursday to make public the entirety of a Dynegy Holdings LLC examiner's March 9 report on a controversial coal asset transfer, arguing that attorney-client privilege should not apply to previously redacted portions.
