NYLS Grads Won't Back Down From Claims Of Bogus Job Data

Law360, New York (April 6, 2012, 5:50 PM EDT) -- A putative class of New York Law School graduates is appealing a judge's dismissal of its suit alleging the graduates' alma mater inflated its postgraduate employment figures, disputing the ruling that reasonable consumers should have spotted the data's flaws, the class said Thursday.

In a notice of appeal filed in New York state court, the plaintiffs argue Judge Melvin L. Schweitzer erred in ruling that a reasonable consumer acting reasonably could not have been deceived by the allegedly inflated employment statistics supplied by the law school...
