FDA Finds Banned Fungicide In 3 More Orange Juice Shipments

Law360, Chicago (April 6, 2012, 3:53 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Food and Drug Administration has found three more shipments of imported orange juice that tested positive for the banned fungicide carbendazim, the agency said Thursday, bringing the total number of positive shipments up to 30 since the FDA started testing in January.
