Wash. Bill Would Ban Employers' Facebook Ultimatum

Law360, New York (April 6, 2012, 7:39 PM EDT) -- A Washington State lawmaker on Wednesday proposed a bill to ban companies from requiring current or prospective employees to fork over passwords for Facebook or other social networking sites, joining a rising chorus of voices speaking out against the practice.
