Kirkland Adds FCPA Expert From DOJ

Law360, New York (April 9, 2012, 6:10 PM EDT) -- Kirkland & Ellis LLP has snagged the former assistant chief of the U.S. Department of Justice's Foreign Corrupt Practices Act unit, adding another white collar bigwig to its Washington office, the firm said Monday.

William J. Stuckwisch has joined the firm's government, regulatory and international investigations practice group as a partner. At the Justice Department, Stuckwisch oversaw investigations and prosecutions of about half of the department's FCPA work. He also helped develop policies for FCPA enforcement and other matters.
