Dewey Loses 2 UK Partners To Reed Smith, DLA Piper

Law360, New York (April 10, 2012, 9:16 PM EDT) -- Two Dewey & LeBoeuf LLP partners in London, including the co-chair of the firm's environmental litigation firm, decamped Tuesday to Reed Smith LLP and DLA Piper, bringing the total of partner defections from the struggling firm to 49.

Nicholas Rock, who helped lead the environmental litigation group in London, joined Reed Smith LLP, according to a Reed Smith spokeswoman. DLA Piper's London office added corporate partner Prakash Paran, who will be joining the corporate and insurance groups at DLA Piper, according to the firm.
