Ad Regulator Sends Dietary Supplement Dispute To FTC

Law360, New York (April 10, 2012, 3:24 PM EDT) -- An advertising industry self-regulator last month referred to the Federal Trade Commission a challenge to a dietary supplement advertised by Good Health Naturally as a balm for everything from diabetes to penile dysfunction after the natural health products marketer failed to comply with its recommendations.
