GOP Hearing A Chance For SEC To Face Cost Analysis Critics

Law360, New York (April 11, 2012, 3:42 PM EDT) -- When House Republicans hold a hearing next week calling for more rigorous cost-benefit analyses of U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission laws, the agency should set aside the political bluster and take criticism of its economic reviews to heart, experts said.
