Adduci Mastriani, Patent Holder End $100M Malpractice Suit

Law360, New York (April 10, 2012, 5:23 PM EDT) -- A Washington federal judge on Tuesday closed out a Swedish scientist's $100 million suit accusing Adduci Mastriani & Schaumberg LLP of botching a series of computer graphics patent infringement suits against computer giants on his behalf after the parties agreed to end the case.

U.S. District Judge Reggie B. Walton ordered the dismissal of Hakan Lans' suit against Adduci and Swedish law firm Advokatfirman Delphi & Co. a week after the parties filed a joint stipulation of dismissal ending the nine-year-long malpractice suit.
