Rothstein Accountant's Insurer Must Hand $10M To Trustee

Law360, New York (April 10, 2012, 10:49 PM EDT) -- A Florida federal judge on Monday ordered the liability insurer for the accounting firm of Rothstein Rosenfeldt Adler PA — convicted Ponzi schemer Scott Rothstein’s law firm — to pay RRA's trustee $10 million it had agreed to pay to settle claims that the accounting firm enabled the $1.2 billion scheme.
