6th Circ. Affirms State Farm Win In Home Health Care Case

Law360, New York (April 12, 2012, 6:19 PM EDT) -- The Sixth Circuit upheld a verdict Thursday for State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Co. in a lawsuit over coverage for auto accident victims' home health care, but declined to review a decision to sanction State Farm for discovery violations until after the sanctions are imposed.
