Law360, New York (April 12, 2012, 7:40 PM EDT) -- A former partner at imprisoned Ponzi schemer Scott Rothstein’s law firm is expected to plead guilty to conspiracy charges stemming from a scheme involving allegedly illegal political contributions to John McCain’s 2008 presidential campaign, his attorney confirmed Thursday.
